    For Second Draw PPP, businesses in the food and accomodation services (NAICS 72) are eligible for 3.5 months of payroll instead of 2.5 months. Being that you are in the food or acommodation industry, your PPP amount amount above is 3.5 times your average monthly payroll cost.
    Second Draw Note:
    In addition to the 25% reduction, there are two things to ensure before Second Draw funds are disbursed to your bank account:
    1) Finish spending First Draw funds
    2) 8 weeks passed since receiving First Draw funds

    Some banks are happy to hold your Second Draw application after approving your loan. So, you can apply earlier, thereby locking in your funds, then ask for your funds to be disbursed only once you completed spending First Draw funds and 8 weeks passed.

    • First Draw
      • For most businesses, maximum size 500 employees. For food and accommodation businesses (NAICS code 72), you can have up to 500 employees per location and still be eligible.
        If you have more than 500 employees, see here for potential eligibility.
      • You can only collect PPP for employees with a primary residence in the USA
      • If your business was not in operations from 02/15/2019-06/30/2019, you have the option to calculate your average monthly payroll by adding Jan and Feb 2020 payroll and dividing by 2.
    • Second Draw
      • Maximum Business size: 300 employees. For food and accommodation businesses (NAICS code 72), you can have up to 300 employees per location and still be eligible.
      • You can only collect PPP for employees with a primary residence in the USA
      • If your business is a C Corp or an S Corp, and the business started operations between 02/15/2019 and 02/15/2020, you have the option to sum all payroll available from when the business started operations until loan date, then calculate the monthly average payroll (divide by number of months).
