The new Coronavirus Response and Relief Package includes PPP & EIDL, which are extremely financially beneficial to many individuals and businesses.
Who is this for?
Based on our experience during the first round, many people didn’t know they were eligible.
The PPP and EIDL is for anyone who has a business, is self-employed or on a 1099. Although the PPP & EIDL are “business” grants, many individuals are actually considered businesses. For example, even if you work for a company, if you are paid via a 1099, you are eligible. Don’t be so sure that you are not considered a “business”.
What is it?
- PPP: Essentially a grant (free money) approximately 20% of your yearly payroll. If you are an individual without “payroll”, you may still be eligible if you are earning money as a self-employed or work via a 1099.
- EIDL: A grant (free money) for up to $10,000. There is also an EIDL low-interest loan for up to $150k.
